HELLO

My name is Becka Doodle Bops and I LOVE playing, dressing up, being outside and getting my picture taken. This summer I learned how to jump with both feet! It's so fun to jump


I love going to museums with my mom. Today we went to the Children's museum and found a new music area that had capes, a top hat, musical instruments and a stage to play on. It was so much fun to put on a show for my mom.



This is my friend Eleanor. We have so much fun together. We like to run around our kitchen table with our babies in their strollers, we yell, we laugh big belly laughs and we like to go down the slide together at the park.


I love my baby dolls. My mom thought I looked cute sleeping with all my babies.



I got to feed the fish at the Blank Park Zoo. My mom and I went to the zoo on Friday. That night we stayed in a hotel, swam in the pool, and ate Barbecue at Hickory Park. The next morning we went and picked Corrine & Ammon up from sibling camp.


I Love parks!! My mom took me to the Northridge park to play. We took a walk and went in the tunnel under the Interstate.



I got my 1st cotton candy and it was so GOOOOOD!! I ate mine all gone, then helped everyone else with theirs. There were games to play at the carnival, but I just wanted to eat my cotton candy and pick ducks out of the pond.



Corrine dressed me up in her Wonderwomen dance outfit, did my hair and put some shiny stuff on my face. I then put on a show for my mom and siblings. I love to spin and stretch and dance and run and do somersaults.



I think my family loves me alot!!

My Little Red Barn

A few months back I found this adorable felt barn in the $1 section of Target. It sat in Rebecca's toy box without seeing much action.



Then I found a cute barn and animal printout at www.homemade-preschool.com (Click on Lesson plans button on left, then "On the Farm" and Old MacDonald's Farm.)

I put the 2 together along with some animals and Rebecca has been all over this.


We lay the paper animals on the ground, then she puts the plastic ones by the picture. All the while making the sounds that the animals make. We also say the animal names in spanish. And the farmer-well he stands by and makes sure that none of the animals run away.

Puppy Love

Corrine LOVES dogs-if they're stuffed! The real life moving, barking, licking, waging their tails, wanting to play ones-she'll stay far, FAR way from those.

She makes collars, leases, houses, food bowls, water bowls and walks them around like they are the real life moving, barking, waging their tails, wanting to play real ones.



Lately Rebecca has taken to "dog sitting" the dogs while the big kids are at school. It's really cute and lasts for a whole 5 minutes after we drop them off at school. That's my type of dog sitting!

Maybe one day all this stuffed dog play will help her to pet or at least be within 20 feet of a real life moving, barking, waging their tails, and wanting to play real one without fear.

I FIT JUST FINE!

For a few months Corrine has been putting Rebecca into her doll stroller and pack-n-play to play house with her. Rebecca obviously liked being in there because she climbs into the stroller and pack-n-play all the time.
She'll stay in the pack-n-play for half hour playing with toys and dolls in it.



She'll get in the stroller and after 5 or 10 minutes realize that she's pretty cramped and wants out.



She put on this hat before she got in. She LOVES to put on hats, socks on her hands, mittens on her hands, wear jewelry and wear Ammon's shoes.

The other night Johann said she was laying in the car seat that goes with the stroller and rocking it. I'll have to get a picture of her in it. She's a giant compared to the car seat!
