Legoland

Legoland was a must on our visit to San Diego. WE were able to get free tickets through the Give Kids the World Passport. We weren't sure how many rides Simeon would be able to do, but he ended up being able to all the rides except the 2 water rides. They had a water park area that we just stayed clear of. The park was really neat because so many things are made out of legos-sculptures and figurines. Ammon was tall enough for most rides too. Ammon was really looking forward to riding the jousting horses, and Simeon was so excited to drive the cars. It took him a few minutes to figure out the gas and brake petals and ended up crashing into someone at a stop sign. Once he figured out the petals, he was a great driver! The day we went it wasn't crowded at all, so we didn't need to wait very long to ride any rides. We also took a tour of the Lego factory.
