She makes collars, leases, houses, food bowls, water bowls and walks them around like they are the real life moving, barking, waging their tails, wanting to play real ones.
Lately Rebecca has taken to "dog sitting" the dogs while the big kids are at school. It's really cute and lasts for a whole 5 minutes after we drop them off at school. That's my type of dog sitting!
Maybe one day all this stuffed dog play will help her to pet or at least be within 20 feet of a real life moving, barking, waging their tails, and wanting to play real one without fear.

Stick with the stuffed animal pets as long as you can! I wish my kids were more content with that kind of pet. They're so much easier to take care of:)
